Will ebook readers like the Amazon Kindle ever be allowed in schools?
I want to make the jump to get the Kindle, although i am a huge bookworm and always read when i am finished my work at school. I know won't be able to bring it to school because it's banned under the terms that it's an "electronic device".
Does anybody think that ebook readers will ever be allowed in schools? it's frustrating because my school system is hypocritical in the fact that they talk about "going green" and "reducing our carbon footprint" and they won't even allow students to bring in a "green" device that helps to "reduce our carbon footprint"
